Marc Grant

Experience and backgroundMarc Grant comes to APM with significant financial, property and management experience. Marc previously worked for Linfox Property Group where he was employed as Commercial Manager of Investments from 2006 and Commercial General Manager of Avalon Airport from 2008 to 2011. Prior to this, Marc worked for a major international Investment Bank as a Futures Trader from 1999-2006. Marc holds an Agents Representative Licence from the REIV. |
Ashley Wakefield

Experience and backgroundAshley has been involved in the Facility Management industry for the past 8 years, managing a number of high profile buildings across Melbourne CBD. Ashley original comes from Tamworth in NSW and has been in Melbourne for the past 15 years, starting out in the hospitality industry as a concierge in some of Melbourne most prestigious 5 star hotels. Ashley was the Facility Manager and project manager for 131 Queen St managing the buildings recent NABERS assessment and retrofitting of the HVAC and mechanical services, with a project budget of $1.5 Million. He also dealt with the buildings large number of essential services issues, including, removal of asbestos, essential services compliance and fire protection. Ashley was recently resident manager at 250E Residential Apartments in Elizabeth St. Taking over the role in October 2005. The property was an Australand development and was converted from a commercial office building (Myer House) to apartments in late 2003. |
Marcelle O’Donohue

Experience and backgroundMarcelle has worked within the OC industry for the past 4 years, focussing on iconic high rise buildings including Neo 200 in Spencer Street, Aquavista, Corner at Docklands Grosvenor at 30 Queens Road amongst others. In her last role Marcelle managed in excess of 3,000 residential lots.She previously spent 15 years working within the legal industry, specialising in Property Law, subdivisions and conveyancing. |
