Australian Property Management have been appointed to provide a full range of services to the recently completed iconic apartment development, Vogue, located in Chapel Street, South Yarra.

Appointed by developer  Stamoulis Property Group, APM shall undertake the Owners Corporation Management of the complex as well as providing 24/7 Building Management, Concierge and Security services to the residents.

Vogue Apartments consists of 31 floors and 505 luxury apartments and boasts the highest quality amenities including indoor swimming pool, tennis courts and stunning architectural design.

Marcelle will oversee APM’s Owners Corporation portfolio and has worked within the OC industry for the past 4 years, focussing on iconic high rise buildings including Neo 200 in Spencer Street, Aquavista, Corner at Docklands Grosvenor at 30 Queens Road amongst others, managing over 3,000 residential lots.

Marc comes to APM with significant financial, property and management experience and has overall responsibility for all aspects of Australian Property Management.

Marc previously worked for Linfox Property Group where he was employed as Commercial Manager of Investments from 2006 and Commercial General Manager of Avalon Airport from 2008 to 2011.

Prior to this, Marc worked for a major international Investment Bank as a Futures Trader from 1999-2006.

Marc holds an Agents Representative Licence from the REIV.
